Culinary WaterCulinary water is $34.57  per month for up to 10,000 gallons.  Rates increase per 1,000 gallons used beyond the base amount.  Please click on the Culinary Water tab for more information
 
Dog LicensesDog licensing fees are $10 for spayed/neutered dogs & $35 for unaltered dogs.  Kennel licenses are required for individuals owning 3+ dogs.  Annabella Town has adopted, and strictly enforces, the Sevier County Animal Ordinance
 
Business LicenseBusiness owners must submit a Conditional Use Permit application, along with a Business License application, to the Annabella Planning Commission for approval.  Business licenses are renewed $25 annually.
Exercise/Recreation RoomAccess to the recreation room (basketball courts) inside the Annabella Community Center is free for Annabella residents.  Monthly access to the exercise room is:  Seniors (62+): $ 5.00, Single $ 7.50, and family $ 12.50.  Key allows access from 5:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. daily, unless the building is reserved.   Fees for non-residents are for six months and are as follows: Seniors $ 108.00, Single $143.00, Family $173.00.
 
Building RentalsCommunity Center Rental is $300 for a day (Saturday rentals can begin setting up at noon on Friday).
Deposit is required for all rentals in order to ensure that building is left clean and keys are returned.
